This Privacy Policy explains how the HIE Calculator mobile application ("the App") handles information. Please read it before using the App.
The App does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or health information. All calculations are performed on your device. The App does not require an account, does not use analytics or advertising, and does not track you. Any clinical values you enter are used only to display a result and are not saved or sent anywhere.
The App does not integrate advertising networks or third-party analytics. It requires an internet connection only to display an optional reference figure hosted by the original publisher; no information about you is sent when that figure loads.
The App is intended for use by healthcare professionals and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
The App is a clinical decision-support tool. It does not replace clinical judgement and assessment and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The developer is not responsible for any decision made using the App.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
